My work supports the release of old timelines, programming and patterns that no longer serve, creating space for you to come home to your body, your heart and your innate wisdom. I work with Golden Age Healing Frequencies, light alchemy and divine feminine practices to support this transition.

Each session is a deeply held, safe and reverent space. Every offering is created in the moment for the person present, making each experience unique and profoundly personal. This is a space to soften, surrender, remember and expand.

Jassie is a trained Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner, working with gentle internal pelvic care, restorative breathwork, visualisation and Sentaura healing frequencies.

These sessions support the release of stored trauma, old timelines and ancestral patterns, restoring balance, grounding and connection to your creative life force.

This work can support women through transition, postpartum healing, pelvic pain or weakness, miscarriage, menopause, emotional or ancestral healing, and a deeper return to feminine essence and embodiment.

Energy Healings

Sentaura® is an advanced, multi-dimensional creator frequency working with source intelligence and pure Christ consciousness. Jassie has been initiated through a seven-month Sentaura® training and works with this frequency as a Cosmic Alchemist of Light.

These sessions support deep energetic healing, alignment and activation across the physical, emotional, mental and multi-dimensional bodies. It works to clear what is no longer in alignment with your highest good, restoring you to your original crystalline blueprint and essence of love.

During a Sentaura Healing session, the frequency is guided precisely to where it is needed. This may include clearing ancestral and karmic patterns, releasing old beliefs and trauma, restoring balance to the energetic body, supporting DNA activation, and reconnecting you with your highest timeline and soul blueprint.

Enjoy a one-hour guided breathwork journey, tailored specifically to your needs and intentions.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored tension, emotional blocks and stress held in the body and nervous system. Through conscious, guided breathing, the body is supported to soften, reset and restore balance, allowing clarity, grounding and deep presence to emerge.

In a one-to-one session with Jassie, the breath becomes a doorway to deeper self-connection, emotional release and inner regulation. Sessions may support nervous system calming, emotional processing, mental clarity, increased vitality and a deeper connection to your body and inner wisdom.

Each session is intuitively guided and held in a safe, supportive space, allowing your body and breath to lead the experience.
